I really like the Lean Cuisine also. Watch the sodium, but they are really good. I have tried several and liked them all: four cheese cannolini(sp?), chicken enchiladas, paninis, etc. Good luck!

My husband really likes the ready to drink Mint Chocolate chip flavor. It is kind of hard to find. I don't know if they even make it anymore in a ready to drink. I think I have seen the powder form, though he doesn't like that as well.

I bumped my sugar intake up to 60. I found that what MFP said was too low and I was going over it consistently. I still go over occasionally, but usually only when I eat junk. It didn't seem to affect my weight loss at all either. I lost the 10+ that I was trying to lose. Good luck and I hope this helps!

I would say watch your sugar intake and also lots of ab/core training. I started watching my sugar and my midsection really flattened out. I hope this helps.

I agree with what people are telling you. This is such a bad thing to start. I suggest logging your foods before you eat and then you can tell if it's good or bad. Most restaurants do have some semi healthy things, but you would be surprised how many calories or how much sodium is in them. Check their websites before you…

I think it's because juice has so much sugar in it. Even the 100% juice/ no sugar added usually have around 25 grams of sugar. I love juice too...I only have it once in a while now. Don't know if you had a question about it, but that's my 2 cents :-)
