Or depending on the class, add weights. Even just light hand weights can make a difference.

I'm looking at purchasing this one as well. Does it track calories burned? How accurate is it? Do you put in your height, weight, and gender to make it more accurate?

I'm sure it's not what you want to hear but slow and steady is better long term. Most of the people who are loosing that much in one month had a substantial amount to loose.

I don't think so. They sell all of their own stuff. You can get used sets on ebay but be careful because a lot of those are pirated copies.

Turbo Jam is so much fun! It's a great workout and the time just flies by.

That is all the mom. The kid didn't gain that overnight, it's been building for years I'm sure. That's just sad! Now that's guessing that the kid has no health problems that are making them that way.

One word...Coupons!! I do find that most coupons are for unhealthy processed crap, but use them for things like soap, cleaning supplies etc. Then you can use your savings for healthy food. I've saved over $4,000 in 4 months for my family of 7. They aren't for everyone but that's what works for me :)

I usually do it once a week, but sometimes it's more like once every 2 weeks. When I've had no motivation I'll sometimes use it twice that week just to give me a boost emotionally.

I take centrum performance. It is a multi vitamin with extra B vitamins for energy. I notice a huge difference in energy levels when I take it.

At Wal-Mart in the excercise stuff they have a waist trimmer belt. It is pretty wide and has a velcro closure. I used it after my c-section to keep my belly from bouncing around. It worked great. It was only like $6.00.

It depends on if that is an everyday thing for you. If you have you activity level set as sedentary then yes log it.If your activity level is set at anything else I personally wouldn't log it.

I have a big dry erase board on the wall in our den. I write everything on it otherwise I would forget things. Then we all can remember what eachother is doing. Maybe that could help you too? I need to add, we have 5 kids and a dog. :) So if I can do it you can too!! Good Luck!

You can really see the difference in your hips and face. Great job. If you work hard like you obviously have been I'm sure you can loose quite a bit more by the time your trip come up. Good Job :)

I have been eating fairly clean lately. But.....I ate out last night. Chineese food for my son's birthday. I was and still feel sick to my stomach. It went right on through lol :sick: . So YES I notice a difference when I eat junk. And, I don't plan on having Chineese food any time soon.

If you go to the cardio excercise section you can add breastfeeding as an excercise and it will adjust your calorie goal to include the 300 or so you burn from nursing.
