  • You are allowed to sell it on ebay but you can't make a copy and then sell it.
  • Ok, so if I take something that belongs to you, and put it on the internet for the whole world to use, and call it sharing it's ok? I'm pretty sure you'd call that stealing. I would. Making and distributing copies of copyrighted material is illegal and is puinshable by jail time and or fines. Don't you read the warnings at…
  • That would be illegal to download it. Ebay is notorious for people selling pirated copies. Very few copies of Beachbody products on there are legitimate ones. If they have multiple listings for the same product with the same picture it is almost always a pirated copy.
  • OK, now I'm starting to see what the deal is here. I have been nice but sometimes people just need to be told like it is. So... the only thing that will make you happy is for you to stay in your appartment, and for your neighbor to stop smoking? Well, then the only thing you can do is go tell your landlord like it is and…
  • Ok, that's not true I have suggested a few things as have a few other people. If you only hear what you want to then there isn't anyone that can help you. Do something with the fans you have right now to get the smoke out, then shut your window for now.
  • ^ good advice
  • Ok, people on here are just trying to tick you off, and it seems to be working. Some people on MFP seem to get off on being mean jerks. Not eveyone on here is like that. Just go put your fan in the windowsill, sucking air from inside your apartment and blowing it outside. That will help clear out the room now.
  • I bought the ft7 over the ft4. I want to say that the ft4 has to be sent in to get the battery replaced, but you can do the ft7 on your own. That's why I chose the ft7. You might check that...it's been a long time since I bought mine.
  • I'm sorry you have to put up with that. I too get really sick around smoke. It makes me nauseated, gives me headaches, and makes it hard to breathe. While yes the guy smoking downstairs has the right to smoke, you also have the right to breathe clean air. That fact seems to get lost on a lot of people. They get defensive…
  • ^THIS^ I feel bad for parents in this situation, but a melt down is still a melt down. If the child can't for whatever reason behave then leave. They got dirty looks because they were ruining evreone else's meal. While it's not fair that they can't go out because of thier child's medical problems, it's not fair to anyone…
  • I agree with you!! Why does a "Family" restaurant make people think they can let their kids act like wild heathens?! I sometimes go to "family" restaurants and I expect my 5 kids to behave. If for ANY reason your kid can't sit and behave then don't go to sit down restaurants. It's that simple. Take them to McDonalds,…
  • I have 5 kids between the ages of 2 and 13, and I take then all out to dinner. The problem is not children in a restaurant. The problem is parents who refuse to teach their kids manners, and respect for those around them. In reality the parents are probably lacking in manners and respect too. I have rarely had my kids…
  • I did Turbo Fire right after Insanity and loved it. I'm going to do a P90X/Turbo Fire hybrid now.
  • I've read that Tony Horton says for women it should be called P120X because sometimes it takes longer to see the results for women. When I did P90X a couple years ago I didn't see results for the first 6 weeks, but by 90 days I saw great results.
  • "Goooaal!" Haha like I'm playing soccer or something. It tells me it loves me sometimes, but not very often :(
  • I have a polar ft7 and love it! Just make sure whatever you get has a chest strap, they seem to be way more accurate.
in HRM!!! Comment by ering July 2012
  • I have times where my ears do that too. I usually notice it when I start excercising after having a baby. I have 5 kids and noticed it every time. It usually stops plugging up like that after I've lost most of the weight. I get nauseated and feel horrible but when I cool down it seems to just unplug and go away on its own.…
  • I forgot to say that I have a fitbit too. It's not a heart rate monitor, more of a glorified pedometer. I do love my fitbit though. If I had to choose only one I'd get the Polar F7 instead of the fitbit though.
  • I love mine!!
  • I have a polar ft7 and I love it! I paid around $70 for a new one on Amazon. It comes with a chest strap which is essential if you want the reading to be accurate. I have not had any problems with mine and I've had it for about a year. It's very user friendly and is water proof too.
  • The thing is, you can have a cheeseburger and fries and still be within your daily calories. The trick...COOK IT YOURSELF! A burger made at home and french fries you cut up yourself are so much healthier and have far fewer calories than a fast food burger. Not to mention it tastes better too. Of course moderation is key…
  • I'm on the last 3 weeks of the 120 day calendar. My advice would be to follow the schedule (make your rest day whatever day works for you) and if you feel like you need more that day then do something else. If it's a short workout day, maybe add in some strength training. Good Luck! I've done a ton of different programs…
  • Alright:) thanks for your reply.
  • I only lost one pound on the inferno plan and hated every minute of it. I was a grouchy mess, haha. I followed it for the most part but swapped out a couple things here and there. I think my body just rejected the sudden drop in calories because I had been doing Insanity and eating 1700 or so calories a day. I feel much…
  • If you think it's your thyroid keep after your doctors! I had one tell me after baby #2 that the reason I couldn't loose weight is because I ate too much and I was lazy. Right. I was eating less than my 2 year old at the time! I also physically couldn't make my self stay awake and would sleep for 4 or 5 hrs a day and 10-12…
  • I just finished Insanity so I'm used to hard workouts 6 days a week too. I finished the 5 day inferno and this week I'm on the regular schedule. So far I've been following the schedule except for today when I felt like I needed more of a workout than the HIIT 15. So today I did Fire 55 EZ with it. Somewhere I saw Chelene…
  • OOO, I forgot Turbo Jam! I love that one! So muh fun, and I burn like 380 calories in 45 minutes!
  • I have it and completed 3 weeks of it before I started Insanity. I don't think anyone could loose that much weight working out 3 times a week for 20 minutes. If the person was VERY overweight and hasn't worked out ever, then maybe. I followed the advanced rotation calendar. It has 2 workouts a day and I think it was 5-6…
  • I have a Polar F7 with the chest strap. I burn anywhere from 210-425 cal per workout. It depends on what disc it is, and how I'm feeling that day. My best day is the max interval with the fit test, that day I hit 640. It varies so much depending on gender, height, weight, etc. If you don't have a HRM yet, just log it as…
  • Insanity is my favorite for cardio. I lost inches but not much weight, and improved my fitness like crazy. Very high impact. Very challenging! P90X is my favorite for weights. I lost weight and inches with it. I would say it's both high and low intensity. Depends on the workout The Firm has great workouts too, and they are…
