  • I've found that if it's in the house, I'll eat it. So....I just don't buy it. If it's not available I can't have it. Then make sure that you do buy healthy food to replace it. Try fruits and veggies for a snack instead.
  • I know one person who tried this. Besides the fact that she gained ALL of the weight she lost back, she said it was horrible to only be able to eat a tiny bit of food a day. Some will tell you it works but I don't see how it could long term. Good luck :)

  • Turbo Jam is awesome!! It doesn't take any extra equipment except a light set of hand weights for turbo sculpt. I also like The Firm too, but depending on which video you get it either takes no equipment or weights and a step.

  • I add it in my food diary. I was adding it as excercise untill I read on here that you could add it into your food diary. I like it that way better. It's easier for me. :)

  • That has been my past experience. It kinda stinks that it works that way. I had it explained to me that fat comes off in layers, The areas with the least fat will shrink fastest. Which means my rear end will most likely be the last to go. But less fat is a good thing no matter where it comes off of.
