Open. The accountability and feedback are helpful for me.

Probably. Maybe add a drop of vanilla extract? Or a drop of mint extract for choc-mint brownies, or a drop of orange for jaffa brownies.

Mine's open, so feel free to add me - and that applies to anyone posting here :)

Excellent! Look at all that work paying off!

I'm in the same place you are, and I've been doing this for a while, so I'm more than happy to friend you - and anyone else on this thread too...I'm good at support :)

Log everything, and make up for the food (if you need to) when you get home. Easy!

Baba Ganoush! http://www.food.com/recipe/baba-ganoush-the-best-in-the-world-67570 You can use it in all kinds of things. It's traditionally a dip, but it's also really good on toast or in sandwiches as an alternative to butter, I also use it in salad dressings, or even tossed through pasta. There's a bit of fat, but it's…

Do you want a hard cheese or a soft cheese? Because if you like soft cheeses, any reduced fat cottage cheese, cream cheese or ricotta can be made insanely good mixed with herbs or garlic, or for a sweeter treat pureed fruit. For a hard cheese, I can't really specify a brand, because I'm not in the US, but in Australia,…

I'm in Australia...just the other side. You're more than welcome to add me if you would like :)

It all depends on the craving. For me, crunchy/savoury cravings can be appeased by lite tzatziki with celery. Sweet/icecreamy cravings can be taken care of with frozen grapes and/or frozen strawberry pieces. If I don't have calories left, iced water with fresh mint and lemon slices taste good, or boiling water in winter…

Yum! Filing this one away for future reference!

The jeans I bought last month are insanely loose on me - to the point that I don't have to unbutton them to get them on and off, they just pull on...and I've spent the day pulling them up. I need to take them in, because I'm not ready to go shopping again yet.

Welcome! Feel free to add me if you want :) I think we all do better with both the accountability and the encouragement :)

Brilliant! Look at your hard work paying off!!!

Ditto...that and knowing I'm all red in the face...no, I'm not self conscious at all

I'm here just about every day, feel free to add me :)

I'm more inclined to just eat the fruit/vegies as well. That said, I do have a green smoothie for breakfast most mornings, so nearly juicing, but not throwing any of it out. I find it fits my calories, and leaves me well and truly full, and not craving junk mid-morning...I don't know if that's any help?

I've got that much to lose. Feel free to add me :)

Demented and twisted? That would be me. Add away :) (And that applies to anyone on this thread)

I wouldn't have gone shopping at all, except that I realised that I didn't have any jeans left that looked even vaguely decent. It turned out to do great things for my motivation level, so I think it might just be money well spent :)

David Tennant.

He doesn't do anything for me, but he is an old surfing buddy of my brother in law.

Hell yes!

Me too! Feel free to add me :)

I feel incredibly sorry for her. This obsession is obviously an extreme form of eating disorder...and it's a classic co-dependent relationship. I hope they can both get some help...and soon.
