I'm still getting used to them and have a LONG way to go. They don't really feel weird or anything when I move anymore. I haven't started back weight training, but from what I've heard from others some exercises just don't feel right.

I'm almost exactly your measurements and height and had surgery almost a month ago. I started out as a small B and now measuring between a 34D-DD. It's the best decision I have ever made. If you have the money to do it and have done extensive research I would say go for it! ETA: IMO Silicone-Under is the way to go.…

Also, since you are a beginner, take some time to get down the proper form before you start increasing your load.

If you are talking about the StrongLifts 5x5, then no you shouldn't use dumbbells. You can look on www.Stronglifts.com to get a complete overview of the 5x5 plan.

Me! I had to take 6 weeks off from lifting (surgery) and should be cleared in 2 weeks. Can't wait to start following this program again.

My incisions were in the crease and at only 1 month Post-Op they're barely visable.

5'8/F/138lbs My 1RM was 185 last time I tried. I'm up to about 135 doing the StrongLifts routine though.

I'm doing StrongLifts as well. I normally use Tuesday/Thursday to do lighter complementing weights.

I started doing StrongLifts exclusively about 2 weeks ago and am amazed at my progress thus far. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

These are so hard, but work so well!

Definitely do not be scared of bulking up! You will notice HUGE changes in your body composition if you stick with it. Happy lifting.

I surpassed my first goal a while back and am working on the last 6lbs to my next goal of 130. At this point I don't care as much about reaching that number as long as I am becoming more fit.

I've been using Krema Natural Crunchy. It still has 190 cals for 2Tbsp, but the only ingredient is Peanuts.

When I first deadlifted I started at 85, which was honestly probably WAY too easy. Now I easily do my weight (135). Last time I tried my one rep max was 155, but I'm sure it would probably be higher now.

I'm 5'8 and currently 136. I wear a 4-6 Long in pants and a S-M in tops.

I buy most of my workout wear from www.store.nike.com. You can find the tempo and pacer dri-fit shorts for under $20 on the just reduced and clearance sections. Also, I've bought some of the Nike Dri-fit tanks from TJMaxx/Marshalls for around $10
