For about the past month or so I seem to be flucuating between 140-141. I haven't noticed any major changes in my measurements or the way my clothes are fitting. My food diary is public. Please feel free to take a glance and send me feedback on some things I could make some changes to or ways to shake up my routine.

Has anyone used E-mealz.com or a similar program? I was thinking about joining after a coworker told me about it, but was looking for more feedback.
So I'm finding it hard to get anywhere close to the amount of iron needed daily. What are some foods rich in iron?
I find I am having a hard time dealing with unsupportive people (mainly my bf) throughout this journey. For those of you who aren't lucky enough to have a supportive family or significant other how do you deal with the constant remarks without letting yourself get discouraged?
