For about the past month or so I seem to be flucuating between 140-141. I haven't noticed any major changes in my measurements or the way my clothes are fitting. My food diary is public. Please feel free to take a glance and send me feedback on some things I could make some changes to or ways to shake up my routine.

I broke my plateau by upping my calories so I would recommend the same thing. This blog provides a lot of good advice and really helped me:

I took a really general look, and it seems like more times than not you carbs and sodium are either in the red or are INCREDIBLY close to it. Try to eat a little less in the carbs department and drink more water. I think you'll definitely see a change in the scale after that.
  • Your sodium seems a bit high, that might be the problem. Also, what are E-Mealz......is it a processed foods cause that could be another problem. Even though the calories are within limits the nutritional value is not there.

    Your macros aren't right.

Assuming your calorie intake is correct, you need MORE fat, MORE protein and LESS carbs. I can't emphasize enough about fat intake. 17g? Way too low.

From looking at your exercise log, it appears that you typically workout... 2-3 times a week? Maybe consider exercising a bit every day. Take walks, look up workouts on youtube, and increase the weight that you're training with for strength training.

Looking over some of the things you eat...I would try to cut back on some of your sugars. Maybe track some of that because I know when I ate too much of it, it actually kept me stuck. Also have you tried changing up your exercise? or zig zagging your calories? I had to do that in order to lose some of this weight.

you're diary looked good, you were just over in Carbs. If you want to drop weight easier, cut out carbs like potatoes and sugar coffee drinks. Maybe add sugar to the list of things to watch at the bottom because sugar that you don't burn turns to fat. You don't have to cut out fruit but just no sugary stuff to go with them. And it is ok if you go over your sugar limit with fruit but not candy and sugar coffees. Try to eat meats. fruits, and veggies.... and try to take out some bread because its just a filler! :) good luck!

E-Mealz is actually just a recipe meal plan. All the meals are 100% homemade

I have to agree with everyone above you are eating a lot of processed foods, carbs and sodium. You are not tracking sugar, but I can tell you that caramel machiattos are very high in sugar even the skinny one, have it once i a while as a treat .try cutting down the coffees, and drink green tea instead. Personally I dont even take artificial sugars, but this took a little while. Drink a lot of water and excersice more than twice a week.

Carbs are way too high, try cutting back to under 150' 100if you can, protein is way too low I would try and get at least 100g a day.
Cut out the processed carbs, have potato after a workout if you need it or a banana. Feel your carbs with veggies and max of 2 servings of fruit a day preferably berries.

My thoughts exactly. Also try varying your calories. I find when I plateau (I'm stuck at 145-146 right now) if I take a weekend off of tracking and then jump back on board, without going totally crazy, I start going back down as well.
Also, are you tracking measurements. I find when i plateau with weight loss, I am losing inches. Try taht if you aren't already!
