My newest obsession for working out at home is The Gymbox. They have tons of workouts (new ones added every week!) ranging from cardio dancing, pilates, step aerobics, core strength, strength training, extreme cardio, kickboxing. It's $10/month for a subscription and you can either stream it through a Roku box or download…

Couldn't agree with you more. Ever since I became serious about changing how I eat and making better choices, my best friend (who is also trying to lose weight) and my boyfriend call me the "diet nazi" LOL I'll admit sometimes I should keep my comments to myself. My friend complains that she is not losing weight and she…

I always retain water after a big night of drinking. I feel bloated and puffy. It usually goes away with a day or two, it's just temporary :)

Yea it's the same with my boyfriend. He loves to go out for dinner. I love it too but I realize going out to eat 3x a week isn't an option for me if I'm trying to lose weight.

I'm 5'1 and 138 lbs. I just want to get down to 130 and then take it from there.

Eh I'd rather not go at all if I have to sit there watching everyone drink beers and scarf down food. I have very little will power. Suppose that's what I need to work out. That's how I ended up gaining 10lbs in the first place!

Honestly the only 2 things that stand out to me are you tend to eat a lot of carbs and snack a lot at night

I always try to listen to my body. I've worked out a lot most of my life (despite a couple of several month long lazy patches) and absolutely have days where I just feel drained. On those days I either do something low intensity, or skip it. As long as you have the mentality that exercise is a way of life, taking a day or…

Oh totally! I hit my breaking point last month when the big bags of them were on sale for 2 / $5 at shoprite and I finished both bags within a week.

I am a candy addict. There have been times in the past I replaced meals with candy LOL At my desk at work I used to always keep a candy dish with pretzel m&m's in it. I had to give up candy when I decided to go low carb. I haven't had any in over 2 weeks and to be honest I rarely even crave it any more. I keep some low…

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm 25, I was in the best shape of my life 2 years ago, but due to lack of time and love of food I gained 22 lbs over 2 years. UGH. My happy weight is in the 125-130 range and I just want to get back to that. 2 years ago I was 118 and I know that is on the low end for me and would…

I usually bring some turkey, tuna, roast beef w/ low fat cheese and make lettuce wraps...sometimes I grab a small soup to go with it from the deli downstairs from my office...sometimes I also bring salads or leftovers from dinner It's crazy to watch how much junk my coworkers eat (pizza, fries, candy, mcdonalds, pasta -…

I just want to clarify something I am confused about. My BRM is 1428. It's telling me to eat 1200 calories per day on here to lose 1 lb per week. I was 140lbs and wanted to drop down to 130. I generally excercise every day and eat back my exercise calories. SO - I AM eating below my BMR. If I were to increase my net…

I usually pack my snacks the night before - baby carrots, strawberries, blueberries, Blue Diamond 100 calorie almond packs, string cheese, clementines

I've been doing the low carb thing for a few weeks now, although I only just started tracking it on this website for the past 3-4 days. My diary is open if you want to take a look. I also exercise 45 min 4-5 days per week and allow myself a cheat day on the weekends. I had gained 10 lbs over the past year, so I am just…
