Low carbers with open diaries

Hello, I know many people don't do low carb or find it ineffective as a "diet" and not a lifestyle, but my mom and I have both lost weight without gaining it back by doing low carb for a short period. My problem is trying to find a variety of food I can eat, especially when I'm often needing to bring something with me to school.
I don't want to cut out carbs, I just want to reduce them by quite a bit as I go over at least 50 g per day. My daily goal for carbs will probably be no more than 90g. So if anyone has an open diary or just some suggestions for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner I would really appreciate it!!
ETA: I'm only wanting to do low carb for about 5-7 days.

I've been doing the low carb thing for a few weeks now, although I only just started tracking it on this website for the past 3-4 days. My diary is open if you want to take a look. I also exercise 45 min 4-5 days per week and allow myself a cheat day on the weekends.
I had gained 10 lbs over the past year, so I am just trying to lose that. I've already gotten compliments from people and do feel lighter and less bloated after I eat. I'm not cutting out carbs completely, mainly just bread, potatoes, pasta, and junk food.0 -
I stay under 90 a day and actually closer to 50 some days. Workout 4 or 5 times a week. I eat block cheese, turkey bacon, tuna mixed with laughing cow cheese wedge, boneless chicken, low sugar oatmeal, Yoplait smoothies, veggies. No pasta or bread0

I seem to naturally do low carb only getting about half the listed amount per day. Too many and I end up in a 'carb coma' and sleep for hours.
Like the previous poster, I don't eat much bread stuffs (a loaf might last a month), pasta, rice or potato, but I've been like that for years.0 -
I'm also looking for low carb, open-diary friends. I'm sort of doing an adapted version of the Primal diet - I aim to eat no more than 100g of carbs per day, mostly from veggies and fruit, but I also eat grains like quinoa, steel-cut oatmeal, sweet potatoes, legumes, and brown rice every so often. I occasionally allow an exception for white rice when eating sushi, a piece of brown toast, and the very odd sweet.
I've promised myself to not absolutely restrict anything, so I can basically allow myself everything in various levels of moderation, and I find that this mindset works for keeping me on-track.
Feel free to add me if you have a similar lifestyle0 -
