I really like the rowing machine. If done right your abs, arms, legs, and back get a workout. I usually will do some strength training after, but if I am short of time I do not feel guilty if I have to skip it occasionally:smile:

I have not been able to run for the past four weeks due to surgery. I would like to start back in about 3 more weeks. My goal is to run the Rock-n-Roll marathon in November (San Antonio).
