While I was pregnant my iron pills had that side affect and my doctor said it was normal nothing to worry about checked me etc just because I was still worried and as soon as I had my daughter and stopped having to take them it stopped.

Yep at job years ago they had to install camera's in the break room because people were taking food and some people had like medical problems and really needed their food that is just sad.

I do a biggest loser work out on kinect every morning it was hard at first but now its like first nature and I am in the gym 5 to 6 days a week and I also will be starting 90 days supreme work out.

I have 2 kiddos 2 whom are not school age so I am up already but I still get up on weekends or spring break (which is now and they are at my parents) and excerise it's a routine now and I just push myself I guess I am way more motivated then I have ever been.
