Okay, this was totally weird! I see this group & it threw me. I'm a BodyPump instructor! My challenge is trying to balance my 2-3 classes a week with enough cardio. What's the Beachbodies or course from Les Mills?

Protein, protein, protein! Sports drinks are just sugar, your body is still burning, so fuel it with protein to get you by until you can eat.

Don't give up! I'm a fitness instructor and struggle with my weight. I try so hard to focus on being healthy rather than comparing myself to most of my classes! Slowly change your eating habits and find exercise that you enjoy. I found Zumba and kickboxing and making friends in the classes keeps me motivated to go! Stay…

Your body was just gearing up for an amazing process and now is has to wind down. Be kind to it and take care of it and you will be able to get on track. Remember it's how healthy you are, now how…

I logged using the Bodybug for 2 years and have gained since quitting. I just started weighing my food again and I forgot how easy it is to think you're using the correct portions but in fact eating a lot more! That's why I'm back to logging.
