Anyone else feel better but scale not budging??
I know my body pretty well and can tell when I gain or lose even a pound. I feel like I've gotten tighter, leaner but the scale hasn't moved. Anyone else have that?? It's frustrating!

Asparagus Roll-Up Snack
Looking for a quick and low cal snack? Blanche a bunch of asparagus and refrigerate for later. Then when you want a snack take 1 slice of turkey or ham lunchmeat, spread .25 teaspoon fat free cream cheese on it, cut into four pieces and wrap each piece around a stalk of asparagus. VERY yummy, and only 30 calories per slice

Fitness buff looking for friends to help stay on track
I'm a fitness instructor and mom of two who LOVES chocolate. I eat fairly well but just can't stay consistent so I "splurge" a lot. I just joined to help keep me on track. I teach or take at least 4 classes a week so staying active isn't an issue. I'm looking for others who can help keep me strong and not "cheat" too much!
