Went on high dose steroids for a couple years. Gained 70 pounds off of it. :(

I eat 2 eggs, yolks included, with a little cheese twice a week. I actually find that I lose more weight when I incorporate eggs into my diet. I usually just balance out the calories with a lighter lunch. Yolk is higher in vitamins and promotes eye health!

Plan your meals a day ahead. Keep you from thinking about food. And set a REASONABLE workout goal. I do 3 days per week for 45 mins of cardio. Once you get past the first couple weeks things get easier and you'll find your cravings starting to decrease significantly. :) You can do it.

That's what I'm crossing my fingers for too. I'd love to see a change in the scaled following. Would love it even more if it's drastic. Ps. Congrats on the huge weight loss! That's incredible!

I suppose I should have worded it differently. I understand that everyone experiences it, was just curious as to what extent. I'd love to see that scale drop 5 pounds after I'm done. (Wishful thinking!)

A little snarky and it was meant to be a light-hearted post. I recommend next time you just don't read it. :) But thanks.

Sadly, I'm a scale addict. It actually keeps me motivated, although it does the opposite for so many other people.

I'm sticking to my diet and I'm hoping that as soon as I'm done I'll drop all that nasty water weight...

Eating healthy during the PMS and period time is so tough! And then not seeing results?? Ugh. I just want a Big Mac....

Hey Krista! I have 75 (well, 70 now) and I'm on day 10! Good luck! :)

It's STRONGLY recommended that you don't go below 1200 calories as it can cause malnutrition. I'm on a mission to lose 75 pounds, so I know how you feel about wanting to lose 3-5 pounds a weak, but the only way to do this is in an unhealthy fashion. I lost 5.4 pounds my first week, but I only expect 1-2 for my second week.…

Heads up though, don't drastically increase your water all at one or drink it all in one sitting. You'll get one nasty headache.

Are you drinking a sufficient amount of water? This could be a cause for it when you decrease your caloric intake. Also, if you eat cheese in a low-cal diet this can also cause this.

Exercise helps to alleviate cramps and fatigue during that time of the month. No better time to work out!
