  • I would keep working out but be sure to get to bed early so you can get enough sleep. Sleep is what really makes me feel better when sick... not just resting.
  • More than anything this diet has helped me with fatigue. (which makes it all worth it) I understand. I love peanut butter too. I switched to almond butter which is pretty good but I still miss peanut butter.
