lol...i had the same experience with an onion ring tower from red robin...i only ate half of it (the wife the other half) but geeeeeezzz the calories were outrageous. And like you I found out AFTER the fact :)

I just plugged my own numbers into the formula and came up with exactly what My Fitness Pal gave me for calorie intake to lose 1 pound a week. That is VERY reassuring actually. As far as exercise, I use calories burned to either add to the potential weight loss in that particular week or give myself a special "sweet" treat…
