Family day out and I splurged on A Foot Long Quarter Pound Coney from Sonic..... 830 calories! Oh how I wish I would have checked the calories before I dived in!:laugh:

    lol...i had the same experience with an onion ring tower from red robin...i only ate half of it (the wife the other half) but geeeeeezzz the calories were outrageous. And like you I found out AFTER the fact :)

    Isn't MFP like a bible now? We were driving to Kentucky and my hubby already declared we were eating at Chipotle. So I went to the Chipotle website and built my burrito repeatedly until the cals were acceptable. Then I put it in MFP. Amazing how much the sodium changed when I left off the salsas.

    That is the truth, the FOOD BIBLE! I was on another program but it did not have near as many entries as MFP has. I am loving this but whooooooo No more Quarter Pound Coneys from Sonic. I have got to do like you did and start looking this stuff up first!
