I work at a library with kids and there is a great new book out by Melanie Walsh called, " Living with Mom and Living with Dad". It is perfect for your son's age and it is actually really fun- not preachy or too informative. You should check it out!

My favorite vegetarian lunch is 2 cans black beans 1 can corn 3/4 cup salsa chili powder mushrooms shredded cheese heat on stove It is supposed to be in a burrito but I like it just plain in a bowl :) It also last me a couple lunches.

Hi! I used to live in an apartment and worried about the same things! I also hate working out in front of people which is why I work out at home. I would recommend workout DVDs, a lot of them do not require too much jumping so it might not be as loud.

I like most of the Biggest Loser DVDs. I'm alternating between Cardio Burn Max and Boot camp now. There are also some really fun dance workouts out there! I get all of mine from the library (I work at one). You can try a bunch of them and not spend any money!

I love most of the Biggest Loser Workout DVDs! I actually gave up my gym membership (I hardly ever went) and now workout mostly with my DVDs. A great thing to do is check out a bunch of them from your library- that way you can try it out for free before you actually buy it!
