  • For arms, push ups and butterflies are great. I have an app on my phone called Workout Trainer. It allows you to pick the area you want to work on and there are plenty of free workouts available. HTH.

heavy squats will work your legs and belly like no other exercise. put some pullchin/chin ups and dips for arms.

Also try the plank for your core/belly area. And I second squats.

Yoga - Downward dog to plank, plank to upward dog, upward dog to downward dog. Repeat frequently. Great for belly, arms, thighs, butt, shoulders, etc.

PS - You look awesome in those pics!

    Squats~ even i don't do anything else.......hope this helps.

    1. Your body uses over 200 different muscles when performing squats. And getting stronger on squats often has the somewhat “magical” effect of making you stronger on other exercises.

    2. strength and power originates in the hips and core. So if you want to increase your overall strength and power, work hard on an exercise that strengthens your hips and core. By this point, I’m sure you can guess the best exercise for developing strength and power in the hips and core. You guessed it: The squat.

    3. The squat works the major muscle groups. To recruit more muscle fibers during workouts and improve your fat loss success, focus more on multi-joint or compound exercises like the squat. Compound exercises will help you burn more fat because you are working large muscle groups in your body. You will also burn more calories after your workout.

    4. You will tone your bulky and shapely fast twitch muscle fibers better with the squat exercise. I am talking mainly about your butt, hips and thighs. Need I say more?

    5. Work your core with squats. Research shows that the abdominal muscles are engaged more when doing squats than they are doing many of the more popular ab exercises. Your lower back will also get quite a workout. If you do the exercise correctly, you won't injure your low back (as many fear).

Yoga! Yoga is great for toning those areas as well as flexibility. I added yoga to my routine about a year ago, and i've noticed a difference in inches and overall appearance in those areas. Plus yoga is great for the mind. You can either find a yoga class or use a DVD. Good luck!

Any fat loss activity. The body will lose fat in a general overall way, in exactly the way it wants to no matter what you do to burn it.

Squats are amazing for building overall strength.

I haven't used it yet, but I found this on pinterest- it lets you target specific muscle groups.

I really like planks and bicycle kicks for abs, too.

    Squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, dips

But all the exercise in the world is useless if your diet isn't right. Eat less/better first, workout second.
