I hate breakfast. I have to force myself to eat a cheese stick or a yogurt in the morning. (80 cals). Lunch for me is about 300 cals. Then I eat the rest for dinner and dessert. I've lost 15 pounds in the past 2.5 months.

I agree. You need to talk to a professional. It sounds like your stepping into eating disorder territory. At least you recognize that something is wrong and are smart enough to seek help!

Me too. I had to go to a bridal shower...ate two cupcakes and then ate pizza for lunch and movie popcorn the next day. It was sooo good. You have to cheat every once in a while to keep yourself from going insane. As long as you get back on track, who cares?

It is possible, but easy exercise will only help you look and feel better. Try walking for 30 minutes to an hour a day. How does upping your calories help you loose weight? Shouldn't you just eat the same amount of calories, but spread them out over the day to keep you metabolism going? Please help me understand. I might need to try this eventually (still new at this).

I like fat free or sugar free pudding cups, the 100 calorie packs of chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies, dove dark chocolate promises, or a cup of swiss miss diet hot chocolate. Not all at once though :) All low calorie! Mmmmm
