I'm 5'3" and at my heaviest I was 203lb and am 139lb at the moment with a few more to lose. I am thankful I am almost at goal. It has been such a long journey!!!I I am fitter and healthier than I have been for years.... very very happy!!!

I always track breakfast and lunch after (those meals are more structured) and then I know how much I have left for dinner and afternoon snacks (which is normally lots). I prefer not to use much of my exercise calories.

I was really afraid the first time I went to a class, so worried that I wouldn't keep up, but now it is all I do.... Body Step - Body Pump and Body Balance. 5 days a week. Great toning and fitness. Love it love it love it!!!!

I have heard of this and a friend tried it for a few days and was tired all the time. I prefer a detox that uses real food. Your body needs fuel!

I brought high fibre bars in the past and found they upset my stomach so much, stomach cramps and lots of flatulence. Got rid of them quickly. My daughter had the same problem, so wondered if they affected other people the same way :blushing:

Thank you so much for some really useful snack foods, I was getting a bit bored with what I was eating. Hadn't thought about rice cakes, much lower in carbs compared to some Weight Watchers snack foods, and I love hummus. Thanks again :flowerforyou:

Hi there, have you tried googleing 'strength training with no weights' some really good information there. Some good dvds out there using yoga and other muscle lengthing/strengthening exercises.
