I did a kettle bell workout for the first time last week at the gym as part of a HIIT workout! Enjoyable :)

I use a commercial gym, I love to socialise there. I do have a few items at home, treadmill and weights for those days I don't really want to go out. I really don't have the room for a home gym.

I love MFP it works for me, I sometimes only log on so as not to lose my streak. I do 5:2 intermittent eating. Love that I am in control of myself at long last. I walk and lift weights at home and at the local gym. Did classes for a while but got bored. Please feel free to add me :smiley:
