are all the quick added calories accurate or are you just guessing. quick added calories are fine to use occasionally, but remember you don't get an accurate reading of your macro's when you use them. maybe you are over on your sodium or your sugar?? you don't know that but you need to find out.

what works for me is sticking to a schedule. I go to the gym on Tuesday, thursday and Saturday. it's like a standing appointment. Tuesday @ 6! Thursday @ 6! Saturday when I finish work.
