I agree with him. When cutting calories it's important to not cut them too far back. Doing so can cause your body to store fat and eat muscle (catabolism) Try eating foods that are less calorie dense allowing you to eat more of them. Stay away from white processed grains and sugars and that hungry feeling should go away.…

It's really hard to eat too much protein. Especially if you are doing any sort of weight training. I agree that mfp's set amount seem to be on the low side.
