too much protein

i have eaten all my protein and still have 200 cals to eat...what to do?

Nothing wrong with going over on protein. In fact in my opinion MFP's setting for protein is too low. It won't hurt your weight loss at all.0

like rileysowner said - the default protein level is really low. i try to get 100g a day...
1g per pound of lean body mass, ive also heard 0.4g per pound (so at 240lbs, i should have at least 96g)0 -
It's really hard to eat too much protein. Especially if you are doing any sort of weight training. I agree that mfp's set amount seem to be on the low side.0
