Well then what's the point of this thread? I'm giving my opinion on how I feel being an only child affected me. If we're talking guarantee's, nothing is guaranteed. A million other things affect every one of us so unless we're getting into science and DNA type stuff there's no telling what's actually caused what.

I total the calories for the entire meal before I divide it up. So if my casserole has 2000 total calories and I'm going to eat 1/4th of it, then I estimate my portion at about 500 calories. This is of course approximate, but it works really well for me!

I'm glad you posted this! YES I have had major changes. I started 4 days late this month. Almost had a panic attack because I've never been late! A few people around me mentioned it is likely change in diet/exercise. My cramps have gotten worse as well. Not sure why, but overall things have definitely been changing.
