Good morning, I will suggest the 17 day diet. Do you mind sharing info on the biggest loser diet suggestions?

When I did it before, I did each level for 30 days. Im not sure if that was right or not but, I do know I was getting bored for 30 days on the same thing. My advice would be 10 days on each level. When I do the 30 day again, Im doing 10 days each level.

I have the bodybugg. I would go by the bug because it is a device you are wearing and endo is not. The bodybugg is set to your weight, height, age and gender. You cant go wrong with a device you are wearing. You just have to make sure you update you weight when you lose.

I too have the bodybugg and my deficits are large just like yours and guess what, I am not losing either but, Im not gaining either. I am going to try and do maybe 30 mins of cardio a day and not 1hr-2. I want to see how that will work. I really don't understand what is happening but, im gone try and make some adjustments

I have the body bugg. It reads when you are not wearing it because it is programmed with what you told it about your weight, height and age so the # that you get when you aren't wearing is your resting metabolic if you are sleep all day.

I too increased my intake about 2 days ago because I was not gaining but, I was not losing. I went on line to see how many calories I should be consuming in order to lose weight and my #'s came to 1600-1800 cals. I do exercise so by the time Im done working out I would have burned between 400-600 cals. Hopefully this will…

I had some confusion with this matter as well. I will suggest you up your calorie intake as well and that way when you exercise you will end with a deficit of hopefully 1100-1200 for your net. I am trying it out as well to see how I will do. I have 80lbs to lose and it has been hard to do because I don't think I was eating…

Weight lifting does not burn alot of calories unless you do a few minutes of cardio first and then go right in to weight lifting. Good luck

I viewed your diary and it looks okay. You may not be eating enough for the amount of calories you are burning a day and your water intake looking kind of low. Try and eat maybe 1/2 of those exercise cals back and try to drink no less than 64oz of water a day. Hopefully that will give you a window to look through and good…

I am also doing the 17 day and would like to become a part of this group. I was reading through some of the post and you all are doing really well. My sister and I are doing it and we are doing well too. We just started back on Tues 4/26 because our church went on a 21 day fast. Good luck to all of you.

You will have to eat more because of you exercising or cut back on the amount of time in a day you exercise. There is a such thing as over exertion of the body and I was going through that at one point.

You have my attention because you are doing so well yourself, you are now a coach for beachbody and you have offered your help to us. I will send you a friend request. I can use the help ecpecially with having 85 more lbs to go to reach my goal.

You have to want it bad enough to really do it and stay committed to it. Look at it as a life or death situation. You can do it. It is a struggle at first and that struggle does last a while. Use your portion control and how many days a week you allow yourself to go there.
