Well, no wonder after I eat panda express the scale goes up for a couple of days and then it goes back down. Hey, thanks for the question and thanks to those who answered.

It's the inches you lose that makes your cloths size change not the lbs. So keep that in mind.

It's not a rip off. Don't knock it until you try it. Your nutritionist is right with the meal replacements or additions. Get it with bars and shakes. Good luck and let us know how you are progressing.

IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. There is nothing wrong with you, there is something wrong with him. Do what you have to do for you. Care and respect yourself enough to do something about this issue. I will not tell you what to do but, I will say, make sure you are ready for whatever happens. You don't want anyone who does not want…

Congrats on your success as well as your fiances success. You both look fantastic and you can not miss the difference when you look at the side by side picture. Keep up the good work.

Im doing it as well. I haven't for the last couple of weeks because I have been super busy. I run the plan on the treadmill and I love it. It gives you motivation to continue on knowing that you are doing something you couldn't do before.

My protein is always over since I've changed my eating habits. It's good because as someone has already said, it helps your muscles and you stay full longer. Good luck.

That sounds like a good, fun and different thing to do. It's good that people are able to come up with interesting things to stay motivated and not bored. I may have to try it

@ rjcode6, that is what it is then. You went from consuming to much to consuming the proper amount of food. You are doing great. Keep it up. Some of those pounds lost so far was probably water weight as well. Good luck and you are off to a great start.

According to my trainers scale, I started at 224. I lost 3 lbs so I am now 221. My scale reads a couple of lbs less than hers. Please restart my starting weight.

I count them. They add up.
-
It makes sense. Thanks to all who gave an explanation of the differnce between the two.

I thought your BMI (body mass index) was your fat percentage. It tells you how much lean you have and how much fat you have. If it's different then what's the difference?
-
Im in the same boat. Someone else suggested doing a fast day. Or try some zig zagging. My trainer has me on a work out zig zag this week so I am hoping this will make a difference.

My cousin had it done and she loves it. I don't think her recovery was bad. Good luck
