HI.....last week i took a class called HOT Flow Yoga...it has many names but it is yoga that is done at 38 or 40 degrees celcius...... i saw an article on it say how good it is for u...like yoga but the heat make the activity as cardio too cuase it incresses your heart rate and of ofcorse it's sorta like being in a sauna…

try drinking thru a straw.....putting the straw further back on your tongue and just start SUCKING!.... i do this when i'm about on my 5-6 glass for the day just to finsh the rest i need.....(don't drink it all at once tho) u might burst LOL!:laugh:

i definatly notice alot more flexiblity in my skin now that i'm drinking ALL my Water daily...if i pinch the top of my wrist it bonces back sooo quickly.....i also heard that more elasticilly will help my skin adjust to a smaller me later!!!!!! that's great!

ya i'd say that if your doing cruches or what not and u FEEL like your working your muscles then i'd say ur toning...but i doubt it could count as cardio as ur heart needs to be pumping for that.....glad ur feeling better tho..... i didn't know about the fever thing either.....good to know
