i was going to buy the 30 day shred...now i just learned your need wieghts with this dvd? for someone just starting out.....does it ask u to use weights right away ( in that case i gotta buy those too) or is that somthing your supposed work up 2?

no i realize that...i just thought if i had a choice of a banana at 52 GI or dried apricots 30 GI that i could choose the apricots...not that i'd cut out bananas all together :happy: thanks again...

when i was with the "curves" gym they told me to not go above 85% cuase ur body will start to take muscles not fat.....no expert i have no idea besides what they told me.......but that's what they said....we were supposed to slow it down till our hearts got back to the 70%-85% mark.... anyone ever hear this???
