I wanted to add something to this. When he says eat that cheesburger and fries....that is to go in excess of your daily regular goals. I made the mistake of eating the burger, but then exercsing to make up for it. I just couldnt go over on my calories and stayed stuck for 7 weeks.
I finally went up to 2000 cals one day and BAM plateau broken.

Stuck for a couple of weeks.
I increased my protein and my calories by a little a few days ago. Despite my fear, I'm down a little today. yay!0 -
