I soooooooooo needed this. I have been stuck for weeks and it is driving me bananas. I stopped logging my food because I was so discouraged. (still eating healthy, but not counting every last calorie) Thanks Banks, I will try some of these things and see if I can get that scale to move down.0

It worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After being at a standstill for weeks, I have a loss of 2 pounds!!!! YAY!!

This couldn't have come at a better time. I've been stuck for two months. I am beginning to wonder if this should be my goal weight because I am gaining muscle and eating the right calories. BUT...not necessarily the right foods! I really want to lose those last 5 pounds as was my goal. I will try some of these ideas!0 -

i am trying a few of these suggestions after 2 weeks of nothing nada :explode: zip movement on the scale (i hate ye ol scale )
I will post back in 2 weeks so see if any movement on that line below....please 151 is sooooo close.
splitting cals to 5 x day
upped my exercise by 10 minutes a day
eating (gulp) my exercise calories.
(the numbers are skewed on my ticker.i started in jan and lost a few...but started up again in June so approx 9 lbs lost since then. Ok-writing that made me feel good :bigsmile: )0 -

thanks for the post :happy: now i don't feel so bad about falling of the wagon last night hehhee... i had an unplanned fried food body shocker last night.. eck... :sick: got pretty sick this morning cause of it. lesson learned, fried food is soooo evil... i should have eaten the cheeseburger :laugh:0

okay banks so i tried your varied speed/intensity thing... love it! i really helps to pass time. its like added distraction not to mention, as assumed, it helped break the plateau! yahoo! i tend to plateau every 5 lbs so only 3 more til i face another hehehe.. thanks for the tips!:flowerforyou:0
