i was just wondering if anybody knows how many point approx. would a girl eat if she were 155 pounds and going by the weight watchers program....anybody know? ....i have the book but but can't afford to join right now just to find out how many points i should eat?

i was going to buy the 30 day shred...now i just learned your need wieghts with this dvd? for someone just starting out.....does it ask u to use weights right away ( in that case i gotta buy those too) or is that somthing your supposed work up 2?

HI.....last week i took a class called HOT Flow Yoga...it has many names but it is yoga that is done at 38 or 40 degrees celcius...... i saw an article on it say how good it is for u...like yoga but the heat make the activity as cardio too cuase it incresses your heart rate and of ofcorse it's sorta like being in a sauna…
