Finally!!!!

i've been at this for over a month.....finally got into the right mind frame two weeks ago.........but ever since i started this way back in October...(even tho i wasn't really trying back then) i NEVER saw a differance in weight or inches.... even IN the right mind frame these 2 weeks ....and no cheating and such....i changed everything that matters....drinking all my water....eating all calories including work out ones, switching from white to whole grain, completely ridding my diet of soda.....etc. but no change....BUT I DIDN"T GIVE UP EITHER!!!!!!......
still no change in the weight...(i find that kinda odd but weight was never more important the inches anyway).....so this morning i did my check in to find i lost approx 4-5 inches over all!!!! in bust, waist, and belly button!!!!
i'm soooooo proud!!!!!
still haven't lost anything in my hips or thighs but i heard when losing weight u tend to lose starting at the top and then working down.......... and i'm sure from the amount of excerise i'm doing is the cause of no weight loss as i'm building muscles
BUT AT LEAST IT HAS FINALLY STARED COMING OFF!!! THANKS GOD!!!! I WAS REALLLY WORKING HARD AND DOING THE BEST I CAN!!!!! I DESERVED IT!!!!
