Usually around 100 cals - 150 cals. Breakfast bar and cup of sweetened black coffee. Sometimes 1 weetabix or porridge oats with water and sweetener if really hungry. Like to keep as many calories for evening time. That's when I am most likely to snack. I also try to stick to 1200-1400 cals a day

Sorry that Shud hav said I aim for 2-3 lb a week and I eat more if I exercise

I am 5 ft 4 and I find if I stick to 1200 cals that its a slower loss. I now try eat 1500 cals. Aim for 3lb loss each week, which I think is plenty. I weigh 164lbs Feel free to add me guys

Yes the novelty does wear off lol but I find I keep going back to it which is fab :) it really does open your eyes to your daily intake. I tell everyone about this app. I am sure people think I am nuts. But it's just so easy. Just wish I could stick to it permanently. It gets easier as you go on, as remembers your foods.…
