Hmmm...I don't know either. I eat cereal almost everyday, but I also eat lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, pasta... I think you get the idea... :indifferent:

It happens for me after every run...no matter if I'm running 2 miles or 5 or more... The feeling of accomplishment is amazing!

I totally recommend C25K in every way possible. I just finished it last week and immediately started Bridge to 10K on Monday (the 14th). I have never been a runner...as in EVER! I started C25K at the end of February. At week 6, I ran my first 5K. I wasn't the fastest but I finished! In February, I weghed 178. I now weigh…

My Brooks go right in the washing machine with other stuff...and then right out on the deck to air dry! Seems like I'm always washing someone's sneakers, baseball spikes or adidas flip flops in my washing machine...LOL!

You do? LOL...am I that obvious? :blushing:

I completed the C25K program last week. I felt the same way! Isn't it amazing?! I started Bridge to 10K on Monday (the 14th)...so far, I love it, too! Today will be W1D3 of that program...and I truly cannot wait to it that afternoon. Good luck to you! What are your runnings plans/goals now? :flowerforyou:

86 the liquid foundation and try some light bronzer and then loose powder on top. I don't think I've used foundation since high school...it always clogged my pores and made me feel dirty. Plus, who wants to hug a girl who leaves her mark on your shirt?! Good luck!

I've willed mine to all of the people in the world that I dislike...seems to be working: I'm shrinking; they're getting LARGE! :noway:

It usually takes me a day (as in the next full day) of healthy eating and exercise to get back to where I was before...and my cheat meals usually include lots of Miller Lite. :drinker:

I'm raising my two boys (ages 14 and 9) to NOT treat woman as objects and that if they want to pay a lady a compliment, they should find another way besides whistling or wagging their tongues or making obscene gesters or pelvic thrusts at them. "We whistle at dogs...not ladies." I am far from a prude, but come on,…

Yep. I'm on it. Eri'day! (That's my Lil Wayne impersonation, in case you were wondering...) :glasses:

I track, but don't really concern myself with, natural sugars from fruits and vegetables. I eat two apples almost every day...I'm always over on my sugars. I'm still losing and the added nutrients and fiber are a huge help. Besides, I'd rather enjoy the natural sugars from fruit and feel good about my eating than go nuts…

When I'm running at night, and watching the Phillies game at the same time...I find myself running faster in response to the bullsh!t going on. If I die on the treadmill, blame the 2012 Phillies. I love them, but geez...enough with the heart attacks already. It's only May!!! That is all. :drinker:
