With my ex-husband? Well, let's see...oh, wait, it's over? We've been divorced for four years and he still haunts my daily existence. GOOOOOO AWAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! I forgot to say that I am VERY happily remarried...and the ex still NEVER goes away.

Did you have a baby?

GOOD running shoes? Yes. Love my Brooks. Sounds like it might benefit you to stretch, warm- up, slow your pace and then cool down properly. I also take glucosamine and chondroiton...it's amazing for your joints...and I run up to 5 miles a day, 5-6 times a week.\ Good luck! :flowerforyou:

First pet's name and street I grew up on? Shane Chestnut I have a feeling I wouldn't be getting the Benjamins with that one...

When I started MFP, that number was still really high. I like seeing that, based on my numbers (which is based on my food intake and exercise), I could possibly weigh 132.9 in 5 weeks...whether I actually make it to that or not. At least it doesn't say something higher!!!

Unfortunately, the darkness, for me, means hitting my treadmill for the season...gotta do what ya gotta do! Good luck! :drinker:

Warm up longer. Slow down during your run. Cool down. Can we assume that you have decent running shoes that fit properly?
-
Slow down...it's a process, not a race.

Definitely the squats and cardio. In addition to 70+ logged miles of walking/running, I just did a month long squat challenge (3,000 squats total for the month of September) and I lost more than an inch off of my thighs... Start today and don't stop. :drinker:

YOU can do it. Set small goals. Stay positive. Know that every positive thing you do is another step towards your goal. I will support you! Let's do this! :flowerforyou:

Well, considering that I do up to 175 squats a day, based on this theory, I figure I'll basically be non-existent at some point... Sometimes, the BS is just laughable! :drinker:

Work...we were both married (with kids to other people) when we met. That was back in 1995. I was ALWAYS attracted to him and we remained friends through the years. One day in 2008, I sent him an email just to say "hi" and catch up on life and discovered that we were both recently unattached. We decided to meet for lunch…

On the 30th I will be at 170 squats!!!! It feels like such an amazing accomplishment when you get to the end of the month...and my butt and quads…
