180 to 135ish has anyone done this? pics please

I am 5'7 and the lowest i ever remember being was 169 and i still had plenty to lose. I would love to see some before and after photos of women who have gone from 170-190 all the way down to 130-140 i need to be remotivated! Will my skin by loose if i lose 40 lbs?

Right there is my after picture, your thread title is almost exactly my before and after weight (give or take a few) and I'm 5'7". I do have some extra skin, but I think after a while it will tighten up, especially since I am strength training.0 -
I am only 5'2 but I started at 174. I am currently 135. I have around ten more to lose and so much to tone up. GL!!0

I'm 5'5 my Heaviest was 179 and I'm 130-135 now
Drink lots of water, eat your protein, Strength train!
my tummy is my problem area but I will get a no sitting gut )

Look through my pics I've a few before & afters...I went from 180 to the 120's and am maintaining around 125!0

I'm 5.6 and went from 191.8 to 146.6 over the past 2 years so similar loss, just from a higher starting point
I haven't got loose skin as such (lots of strechmarks on belly after pregnancy 6 years ago though) but my tummy is the least pretty of my body as it does 'hang' a bit.

Love this thread as a 5'6 current 163lb with a previous weighest weight of 181lb and lowest ever of 148lb and a goal of 135lb!
7lb off with insanity and five weeks insanity left to go, hopefully I'll be posting a before and during right in time for Christmas!

Although I am super short (5 foot exactly) I went from my highest weight of 208 (july 2010) and am now 146. I weighed 188 In January of 2012.0

I started at 186 (size 14/16) and now i'm 155 lbs i'm super happy with my prorgress even though 140 was my origional goal...i've been lifting and am the smallest size ive ever been (4)

I'm 5'6" and went from 190 to 133. I have some loose skin, but think it's mainly from 2 pregnancies and weighing 232 for about 6 months. I hate my loose skin, but no one really sees it with clothes on and I'd rather be a size 2/4 with some loose skin than my old size 12/14.0

This is great inspiration for me. I'm coming down from 182lbs. I was 150 when i lost it two years ago. This time its going to be permanent. I'm 5'3.5 and I'm looking to be in the 130s. I'm excited.0

I am starting at 180 as well, but have yoyoed a bit over the past while. I find that stress and a lack of planning sabotage my efforts. And that if I focus on exercise, it is sooo much easier to concentrate on eating nutritionally dense calories. I am 5'9". My exercise of choice is running and cycling, but because I know its good for me - plan to incorporate some weights and stretching activities.
In 6 weeks (NYs), I hope to be below 170. My ultimate goal is to be sub-140. Have not seen that since my 20's when I thought I was "heavy", lol!

I went from 185 to 137 - I'm 5'7" too...still a work in progress. I did a lot of cardio when I lost the majority of the weight and I wish I had done more core strength training. I don't really have loose loose skin - just some places where it's not as smooth as I would like it to be - but I think strength training would help this, it's just a matter of actually doing it.
