  • I have been on here for just over a year now and have lost 55 lbs. I try to stay under by calories allotted but not by too much because your body needs fuel to burn and if you are not providing it then it will break down muscle to get it. I am trying to gain muscle not lose it to hunger. I made an entire lifestyle change.…
  • Powered peanut butter is really good. Does take some getting used to though. 2 tablespoons only has 45 calories! http://www.amazon.com/Powdered-Peanut-Butter-Less-Calories/dp/B008CTBGDG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1360282639&sr=8-5&keywords=pb2

  • I was wondering the same thing as I was reading through the posts! Do people read all the posts before they post? If not bet they feel kind of stupid when they realize that almost everyone has corrected them! I think if you are going to respond to a post you better make sure to read the entire post!!
  • I have exactly 100 lbs to lose to get back to my early 20's weight! That is my cool but right now I am taking it one step at a time. My short term goal is to lose 30lbs by Oct 1. I started doing weight watchers last month with my sister but was introduced to this and actually like it a lot better. Not so confusing! On…
