Coffee (almost always) and egg beaters southwestern flavor with hot sauce. Those are my go to things, but I also will have oatmeal made with water or cereal. Sometimes I splurge with bacon.

thankfully I maintained my weight despite no workout time this week. Did lots of walking around but I have not counted much if any ofit.

I have the same problem treadmill vs outside. I think because on the treadmill or the wii fit you set the pace and it helps you maintain that. Outside it is all up to you so you end up running faster than you realize and burn yourself out more.

Those new mini reese's cups the really tiny ones? Yeah I picked up the king size bag that had maybe 20pcs in it... 340 and 43g of sugar!! I ate like 4 and threw out the bag because I was so disgusted and they were too sweet.

Ugg... didn't get to it last night becuse I fell asleep and boy my abs hurt this morning! Gonna be doing my workout within the hour. Right now fixing my guest list for my wedding that didn't save the last time I worked on it.

If I'm just walking, I'll listen to podcasts sometimes because I focus on what they are saying and not how many times I've gone in a circle. Or I just pick something with a good beat.

I bought those mini reese pb cups... my god it hurt my stomach after I ate them! Too sweet!!! Creamer in my coffee is being reduced for the same reason.

favorite shoes are a pair of lace peeptoes... black lace with nude satin underneath. They give me blisters like crazy but I LOVE them. I wear them when I'm not going to be walking much.
