I too am making my way towards a more organic lifestyle. Don't forget to look at what is in your shampoos and conditioners, and lotions, and lip gloss. sulfates, parbens, petrochemicals. all equal not good.

I do. But I do not count it usually. I always gain a couple pounds in water weight from taking Midol or advil.
