I bought mine on Amazon because I couldn't find it in the local stores until after I'd bought it. Speaking of which, time to go workout.

I do this along with the NMTZ and BFBM altarnating. I also run/walk everyday. It is taken me about a month to get up to doing it without feeling like I'm going to die.

I have to watch my sugars, but it is hard for me. I generally keep my fruit servings to 1-3 but I've cut it down to 1 serving. I'm eating a ton of veggies though.

First, congrats on the 107lbs lost. Second, I agree with one of the above posters, plan your meals out and then forget about them. Take a break from tracking calories for a day or so. I was getting to the point where I was obsessing and I felt it was unhealthy. I took a break and I feel much better and don't think about it…

I am going to stop going over my sugars and start challenging myself to beat my new 1mi time. I want to make it to 11minutes even by the end of the week.

Haven't checked in very much lately! Today was my best day I've had in over a week. I shaved over 2 minutes off my best mile. My weight didn't change this week (but I was bad all week and I also didn't workout) so I am not surprised. I had a super healthy dinner and I think I might have a frozen fruit bar for some dessert.

I feel like with a dvd I can get the burn more effectively than running, but then again I've always been a terrible runner.

Yeah, don't get yourself down. time of day can change this as well if they were done at two different times. I almost always weigh about 3lbs less in the morning than I do before bed.

Good for you for saying something. She was being rude. She's there to workout. Get off the phone and workout or get out. I understand some people use their phones as their music, but usually don't answer it if someone calls.
