Hi, I'm not eating back my exercise/activity calories. I probably eat ~1600 calories a day. I do have my activity level set at sedentary. I live in a hilly city, so walking to/from the grocery store does get my heart rate up.

Thanks for your input. As DebbieLyn63 mentioned, I think the calories burned I am getting from my exercise bike is inaccurate. At one point I had a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. Perhaps I should buy a new one. In normally do 30 minutes on the highest intensity which the bike says burns 350 calories. I drink water,…

Hi, When I was burning 750 calories I was biking for about an hour. Right now I am burning 350 in about 30 minutes. I don't use a scale and measuring cups.
