My weight is pretty evenly distributed so when I lose it I tend to not see any "one" place the loses it first, but when I try do strength work I see it in my arms and thighs.

So long as it's natural sugar and not a fructose, sucrose, or any other ____-crose it's fine. Apples' natural sugar has the right type of sugar for the body.

I have the same body type as Kim and snap a picture of me and you can get one (larger version lol) similar to those shown. It all depends on angle, lighting, and what you are wearing. And Amen to her annoying voice, I don't know how you can be an adult and still sound like a 6 year old!
