You are AMAZING!!! What an accomplishment! I just finished my 1 year here on mfp yesterday, although it doesn't say that on my daily log. I will never forget the day I signed up here. I still have a ways to go, but I'm getting there. Anyway, your story is really inspiring. It's great to know that although it has not always…

I use Champion sports bra with underwire in it. Look for it on amazon, there are several different kinds with underwire, so you'll have to pick one based on your preference. Prices are not too bad.

Along with everyone here, I have PF as well. I've been able to work with mine until I got serious with working out at the end of February. Walking was my main exercise and then I started running as my weight dropped. It was then that my PF really started hurting, the worst it's been for me. I saw my doctor and she…

I still eat ice cream and cake, but limited and I only do it when I have room to do so according to my daily calorie intake. It doesn't matter if I was sitting, kneeling, squatting or laying down. It got scary and had to get some blood work done. Thankfully, they came back ok. I started…

Like most people have already told you, get good shoes and always warm up before running. My advice is to enjoy it. I tell myself everytime I start struggling or think I can't do it anymore is, "Running is a privilege." I know not everyone can run due to their health or other issues. I'm just happy that I am able to run.…

I started running as a way to challenge myself. I lost weight by walking, but was getting a little bored with it. Plus, it burns a lot more calories! I was never a runner, so when I started doing it, I had to start from square one. I would run for a minute and walk for a minute, I did this repeatedly for an hour. Now, I am…
