My BMI when I started 2yrs ago was 55%. Now I'm at 38%. With that said, I started out with circuit training with weights. I hate cardio though with kettlebell routines I get cardio in. Subway chopped chicken salad, double meat, with balsamic vinegar. I always have them place it in two bowls and make two meals out of it :) good balance of protein, carbs, and fat. Also I get it without cheese.

Metformin. Low carb diet. Weight training. Lots of water. Lastly patience. This combo is finally working for me. Takes longer to lose weight. I also try to do 4-5 meals a day.

I started at pant size.24/26 which were tight. I'm currently down to pant size 18. I finally fit into a pair of wranglers that had taken.up residence in my closet rent free. O was able to.wear them for date nite with the Hub last nite! Yay!

Goals for 2014: Get stronger, PR deadlifts 240, PR back squats 165, PR strict over head press 80lbs (I believe), PR bench press 130. I want to increase these significantly. Add more crossfit into my schedule at least 2days a week. Do a mini triathalon, Warrior dash in August, and go Zip Lining. Lose more inches. Look good…

Unless its the worst pain ever, then no. Not unless you can't keep anything else down or if you have dark tarry bms or frank blood in your bms. More than likely its the amount of grease. Drink plenty of fluids.

Honestly, when i started 1.5yrs ago with a trainer I hated it too. It took a good 3 months to get in the habit of working out. I finally "enjoy" it and look forward to my workouts and get grouchy if I have to miss. I had to keep reminding myself of the end goal; healthier better me. :)
