I have found this to be very true. I also have found that I have "lost" friends since I have gotten healthier, lost weight, and workout bc I no longer have enough in common with them. 1 scoop banana protein powder, 1 c of water, 0.5 TBSP peanut butter, 1 c of frozen raspberries. blended well.. Followed by 1 water bottle of spark. YUM! Great start to my day!

$20 per half hour for my trainer. He is a world class athlete. He won the "Mighty Mitts" last year and placed 2nd this year. Depends on the quality of the trainer. I would pay more to work.with him if I had to.

I lift Tuesdays and Thursdays too! I want to fit elliptical and biking into my schedule this week and next week I hope to add crossfit into my schedule 1-2x a week.. Modified of course! I talked to the crossfit guy and he definitely think I can do it modified until I get the all clear from the surgeon ;)

Hey! I need to kick it up too! Dr says I should lose 20# in 12 weeks. I have to do more than weights. Plus I need to start logging food steadily again. How are you kicking it up? I need cardio 1-2x a week along with my 2x weekly strength training..

Find a running shoe store. Most of them will measure your feet, watch you walk, and make a recommendation on the shoes you need for your feet and they sell insoles there too. Pricey but so worth it!
