Hey, been here for eons but need to be more rigorous with my logging... anyway thought I'd say hi for a change and if there are any male or female lifters - add me...this place is far to cardio heavy

Hi ive invited everyone on here..i weight train 5 days a week n throw 3 good run days in too..I eat clean as poss but treat night sunday only would love get in touch with likeminded people ☺0
