My HDL went up from 225 to 258 and my LDL went from 156 to 188. My Dr said at 190, they put you on medication. That’s the last thinking I want is to be on medication. High cholesterol runs on both sides of my family.

Can you add me too please. It seems like since I hit 45, my weight is creeping up on me. I am 5’1 and 145 lbs. my ultimate goal is to get back down to 120. I’ve just started going back to the gym, but I need friends to keep me motivated... I am awful at logging my food, but I want to do that too 🙄🤣

I can eat roasted, they are really good that way... But it seems the only ones I really eat are peas and corn. Every now and then I will have a salad, but I know the dressing aren't that great, especially since I'm supposed to stay away from dairy and I really don't care for italian or vinigar and oil. If your a runner, there is a running group that meets on Sundays in Henderson at 5:30am ( yes I know, early, but gotta beat the heat) off of Stephanie and American Pacific.
